I have bought and sold several homes in my life. Usually, I have felt realtors to be more hindrance than help. However, RACHEL MOODY IS EXTRAORDINARY. The sale of our house could not have happened without Rachel. She is honest, realistic, and proactive. There were numerous occasions when our sale was in jeopardy of failing, usually due to some bureaucratic snafu. In each case, Rachel took action and the problem was resolved. My wife and I totally relied upon her judgement and advice. Rachel Moody was our real estate agent during a long relocation and search process for a home in eastern Utah. Rachel went above and beyond.  We were selling our home in Utah County with another realtor.  Things on our home weren't going as planned.  She stepped up to the plate to work along side of our agent to help push through a lot of issues with the buyers financing.  As she helped get everything pushed through we were able to close on that house and then finally close on the house we bought with her as our agent.  She didn't need to step in but if she hadn't we still would have had to wait longer to finally move into our new home.  She is not one to sit back and do nothing.  She will get the job done and make things right.

Kerby was our realtor when my 34 yr old daughter and i bought her house in Moab remotely and she was terrific. My daughter instantly took to her. She faced-timed us often and we did a walk through of the house and settled everything remotely. When my sadly daughter passed away the following year Kerby was simply terrific in helping manage the house while i settled her estate. She checked on the house, her husband mowed the yard, she met roofers for repairs, and over the course of the year it took to wrap up affairs she became much more than a realtor. she became a trusted advisor. When my family went to Moab for several days to pack up the house Kerby met us, helped us with donations, took us all to dinner and after we left town, dealt with the packers and movers in our absence. Absolutely a delightful woman who has gone out of her way for over a year to help my family through a very difficult process. When it finally came time to sell the house Kerby again was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in bridging the gap with my buyer.
